“Behold, I send the Promise of My Father upon you; but tarry in the city of Jerusalem until you are endued with power from on high.”
The promise of the Father is the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. Jesus had already blown on them to receive the Holy Spirit but the Baptism would be a separate thing.
We would do well to receive and know the Holy Spirit the best we know how
