Soul in boat on storm of life
in Christ rests
wind and wave
temptations, pains, tragedies
looks paltry piece wood will b destroyed
In DEFIANCE lay your weary storm-tossed head down w/ Christ
rocked like baby in crib

Faith is boat
if faith remains empty boat
floaty empty idea

need to REST body in it
applied to OUR life
MAKE IT REAL OUR LIFE
give it a body, not just an idea
really faith Christ?
then everything in His control
willing to do THAT for US
what then is fear?

birth of embodied faith not easy
labor pains
easy see how all gov God abstract,
but His way often gets in way of our way when try to give that faith flesh
conceive faith, but need to raise it up
When fully mature gives peace Christ surpasses all understanding (phil 4:7)
Here we are in boat
wind waves
temptations, pains, tradgedies
from the littlest distressing thoughts to greatest
Rest in boat
rest especially in little if hope in big
God controls wind and waves
only reason fear is IF outside boat (not living in Christ)
Anxiety, dismiss it as meaningless
All works for Him in the boat
trust God give reasons you need if seeking Him
do it all in peace
let none wake you from that rest
Conclusion
in depths soul youre in boat if seeking God always
take your rest
let God provide
all works for your glory in Christ
the waves and wind only LOOK disasterous.
