Introduction
If you have your Bibles, you can take them and open them to Daniel chapter 12. This will be the last time, at least for a long time, that you will have to open up to the book of Daniel, as this morning, we will finish working through the entire book of Daniel. We started back in January, and here we are, halfway through the year, and we have officially made it to the end, and what a fitting way for the book of Daniel to end, than to draw our minds back to “the last things”. This morning, my goal is simple, to conclude the book of Daniel, by calling on us to remember that divine conclusion that will come about in God’s timing. That one day, all of history will lead up to the great and glorious day when God will deliver his children from this world, and allow us to fellowship with him in the new heavens and the new earth, so if you will, stand with me as we read Daniel chapter 12.
