115. The Ministering Women
Mark - -Jesus teaching from village to village
Mathew - -Jesus teaching in towns and villages. Announcing the Kingdom and healing
Luke - -Jesus preaching in towns and villages. announcing the Good news about the kingdom of God.
Then he talks about the women who went with him and supported him.
116. Jesus is Thought to be “Out of His Mind” - See no 121
Only Mark records this event.
117. On Collusion with Satan - See no 188
Matthew, Mark, and Luke all talk about Jesus casting out demons with the power of Satan
Matthew and Mark - talk about entering a strong man’s house by tying him up first
Only Matthew says if you are not working with Jesus you are working against him.
118. The Sin against the Holy Spirit - See no 197
All three talk about blasphemy of the Holy Spirit
Matthew follows blasphemy with good and bad fruit
Luke lso talks about good and bad fruit but it is not in the same passage as when it talks about Blasphemy.
119. The Sign of Jonah - See no 154 & 191
Only Matthew talk about Nineveh repenting and interpreting the signs.
The synoptics all record word for word what Luke has
120. The Return of the Evil Spirit - See no 189
Matthew and Luke record this event, almost word for word.
Matthew adds “That will be the experience of this evil generation.

All the synoptics record Jesus saying his mothers and brothers are those who do God’s will/obey
John interestingly says you are his friends if you do what I (Jesus) commands.
122. The Parable of the Sower
Matthew and Mark are pretty close to word for word, where as Luke has a lot of similar words but not like Matthew and Mark.
123. The Reason for Speaking in parables
There are several different passages in all but Matthews column, this is done to cover in different areas what is covered here in Matthew
It has to do with Jesus speaking in parables and people shaving eyes but not seeing and having ears but not understanding.

Again there is great similarities between the synoptic gospels

All three synoptics say the same thing, the interesting thing is Mark says it all in mark 4, Luke says it all in Luke 8 where as Matthew says it using 4 different locations within his book.
