A. He is the Lion who fights for us
4 So I wept much, because no one was found worthy to open and read the scroll, or to look at it. 5 But one of the elders said to me, “Do not weep. Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the scroll and to loose its seven seals.” (Revelation 5:4–5, NKJV)
Christ has conquered death, hell and the grave. He has lived a sinless life. He has lived a completely obedient life. He conquered sin at the cross and gave me a place in his Kingdom.
Power Principle: The entrance to the kingdom runs through the cross!
B. He is the Lamb who takes away sin

Summation:
Summation:
Matthew's genealogy gives us some powerful points to consider:
Diversity: God's plan welcomes people from all backgrounds, regardless of their past or circumstances.
Redemption: God can use even flawed and broken individuals to achieve His purposes.
The essential role of women: Matthew's inclusion of these women underscores their significant contributions to the narrative of God's redemptive work.
God uses broken bricks to build his kingdom.
We are all Individuals with flaws
Our biggest weakness as humans is pretending we have none.
