last week i taught and sought to motivate you.
i mentioned that Love is Action
That the last few messages are connected… they all lead to today.
LOVE IS ACTION.
Our gifts are used for HIS church —-
Frankly.… how we use our gifts is more important than what the gift is.
We need to USE THEM
Not simply with MOTION but with MOMENTUM
Building, Teaching, Correcting, Praising, Praying.
ACTION WORDS —- for the things of action.
Today we dig a little deeper on a Favorite Chapter of SCRIPTURE
1 Corinthians 13:4–13
“4 Love is patient and kind;
love does not envy or boast;
it is not arrogant
or rude.
It does not insist on its own way;
it is not irritable or resentful;
it does not rejoice at wrongdoing,
but rejoices with the truth. 7
Love bears all things,
believes all things,
hopes all things,
endures all things. 8
Love never ends.
Love must be ACTIVE
and to do that we must change from our OLD SELF into the NEW SELF

the reason i like REHABILITATION
is the WORD in it in addition to the meaning of IT.
HABIT
WE NEED TO RE HABIT our daily life
we need to build new habits as a PRACTICING CHRISTIAN
We need to BECOME
CHRISTIANITY—-
your belief is not your RELIGION , but your CHARACTER
We need to DEVELOPE new ways to live
New Habits become our WAY OF LIFE
The CORE of our HABITS.… LOVE
Living in Love —- we have to LIVE HERE, not simply visit more and more.

8 Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away.
9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part,
10 but when the perfect comes, the partial will pass away.
11 When I was a child, I spoke like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I gave up childish ways.
12 For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I have been fully known.
13 So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
Guessing you like the poetic beauty of verse 11
1 Corinthians 13:11 “
11 When I was a child, I spoke like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I gave up childish ways.”
I beauty is that it is a rebuke done in love
in fact right in the middle of the LOVE CHAPTER
The WORK is repeating and connecting our message last week
you are nothing without LOVE
you don’t get a pass from growing in Christ
that is not the REST that God is portraying.
Your MISSION ——- GLORIFY AND GROW
My mission ——
28 Him we proclaim, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone mature in Christ.
29 For this I toil, struggling with all his energy that he powerfully works within me.
You need to mature to make this your mission
WE ARE ON MISSION
THE BATTLE IS GOING ON
and you NEED TO BE READY
because
like HIDE and SEEK
READY OF NOT —— HERE HE COMES
You need to BECOME TRULY WOKE
Satan is not seeking to side track you
BUT to devour YOU
TO DESTROY YOU
BUT OUR LESSON TODAY
LOVE NEVER FAILS
EVIL SEEKS TO PREVAIL,
BUT LOVE NEVER FAILS
8 Love never fails....
1 Corinthians 13:13 “13 So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love.”
It really is a simple command
LIVE IN LOVE
GIVE IT, GRANT IT, BELIEVE IT
TRUST IT
DISPLAY IT, PRACTICE IT
we don’t like empty promises
no one does
Don’t say you LOVE ME
SHOW ME you LOVE ME
We can all have an UNDERSTANDING,
even a KNOWLEDGE
of JESUS
that doesn’t save us
KNOWING JESUS, MIMIC JESUS
BECOME JESUS to OTHERS
ALL OTHERS
WE MUST PRACTICE it in all things
It truly is our PIE CHART diagram
GOD IS LOVE
JESUS IS LOVE
When we get clarity that we must be CHRIST IN ALL THINGS
it is
LOVE THAT MOVES THROUGH OUT OUR PIE CHART OF LIFE
you must live it out

Our DAILY CHARACTER —- MUST PRACTICE

Conclusion
Friends it is time to PUT away our childish ways
We are to MATURE, TO GROW, TO BLOOM, and SEED the SOIL
We need to ALL BECOME
BELIEVE
BAPTIZE
BELONG
BECOME
We are in a BATTLE
We are broken Sinners in NEED of our LORD and SAVIOUR
1 Peter 4:8 “8 Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins.”
Ephesians 6:12 “12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.”
LIVE IT OUT
WALK WORTHY ——Walk in Wisdom,
Let us LIVE out our FAITH
LIVE FOR OTHERS
LIVE TO HEAR words like this.
2 John 4 “4 I rejoiced greatly to find some of your children walking in the truth, just as we were commanded by the Father.”
