Introduction: Friends, on the first night we learned that God knows what you’re thinking because He knows your heart.

We also learned that God deeply cares about you because He has planned out the details of your life - He’s always thinking about you.

Tonight, friends, we’re going to learn how we should respond to these truths.

If God knows what I’m thinking and cares about me, what should I do.

Friends, our song reminds us that these are encouraging truths!

These truths make us smile, or make us happy.

These truths lead us to praise the Lord.

Psalm 139:6 “6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; It is too high, I cannot attain to it.”

Friends, Psalm 139 also reminds us of another response.

Psalm 139:23–24 “23 Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me and know my anxious thoughts; 24 And see if there be any hurtful way in me, And lead me in the everlasting way.”

Friends, because we know that God Sees [everything about] Me, He knows not just what I’m thinking but also the ways that I’ve displeased Him.

Because He knows the details of our life, we should want to live to please the Lord.

The only way that we’re going to want to live to please the Lord is if we have God’s Holy Spirit living inside of us.

The Holy Spirit will come to live inside of you if Jesus gives Him to you.

Jesus will give you the Holy Spirit when you believe on the Lord Jesus Christ to save you from your sins.

Conclusion: Friends, because God knows you and cares about you - sing His praise that He deserves but also He knows your sin. Friends, you and all of us need Jesus to save us from our sins. Believe on Him to save you from your sins.
