The Peace of God
In the words of...it is “It is characterized as an eternal calm within the trusting soul, unaffected by external circumstances”
“This peace is seen as both a gift from God and a reflection of God's own nature23. It includes reconciliation with God, peace of conscience, and freedom from internal discord3. The peace of God is closely linked to faith and prayer, with Paul instructing believers to pray with thanksgiving to experience this peace2. It is portrayed as a guard for hearts and minds against anxiety12, and is considered superior to human reasoning in resolving conflicts and reducing worry2. The concept of God's peace also extends beyond individual tranquility, encompassing well-being in personal relationships and unity within the church community2. Importantly, this peace is available even in the midst of life's challenges and ongoing spiritual conflicts”
This comes from praying in faith to open the door to receiving it.
Passes all understanding: It is made beyond our comprehension by God.
God does this so we can’t control. Something that is beyond our mental capacity to comprehend. It is beyond the mental control of our finite minds.
