Chapters 26-30 is specfically about the church

26.1

Small “C” catholic, meaning we are apart of the universal body of believers around the globe, not the Roman church. A Protestant is a Reformed Catholic, meaning as the reformers came up they sought not to destroy, but correct the error of the church, which at the peak of it’s power didn’t want to change.

Elect - language from the scripture about believers, those are those before us , us, and those to come. Church miltant and church truimpant, Alvie or with the Lord.

Unholy living, - of a memeber of a church you live in sin you’re not a member of the church if continuing in these actions

Jesus is the head of the church, not any other man.

A Puritan understanding was that Pastor/elder is the highest office in the church.
