CONVENANT KEYS TO DIVINE SETTLEMENT (PART 1)

1 Chronicles 17:14

But I will settle him in mine house and in my kingdom for ever: and his throne shall be established for evermore.

WHAT IS DIVINE SETTLEMENT

Divine settlement is a state of complete well-being and fulfilment in all aspects of life. Be it Spiritual, Marrital, financial, business, career and health.

It involves experiencing God's favour, blessings and establishment in every area, leading to a life of joy and purpose.

This settlement is not a passive state but requires intentionality, faith, obedience and a deep relationship with God. God will not settle you through a herbalist or any crooked way. He will settle you by Himself and in His own way. The more you abide in Him, the more settled you become in every area of your life and endeavours.

WHAT DO WE SEE TO KNOW YOU ARE SETTLED

1. Comprehensive well-being: Not one area of life. It includes restored health, deliverance from bondage, a good job and flourishing career, marital bliss, financial stability, etc.

2. Fulfilment and purpose: Experiencing God's purpose for your life and living a life of joy and fulfilment

3. God's favour and blessings: Psm. 89:17. For thou art the glory of our Trengganu and in thy favour shall our horn be exalted. You experience God's favour and blessings in all areas of your life that bring you positive changes and breakthroughs. I have a life of obedience: Deu 28:1-2, Phil 2:8-9. Follow his word to total obedience, Josh 1:8. Strive not just to know but to live in accordance with the commandment and principles of his word. This is the demonstration of your love and devotion through your actions

4. Restoration and deliverance: Job 33:28 He will deliver his soul from going into the pit, and his life shall see the light. psm. 33:19. To deliver their soul from death and to keep them alive in famine.

5. Divine settlement often involves being delivered from a state of oppression, hardship or captivity, all being established in a place of freedom and blessing. Examples include the Israelites' exodus from Egypt and their settlement in the promised land.

6. Favourable Turnaround: It signifies a positive change in circumstances, a turning point where struggles are replaced with peace and prosperity.

God's interventions: Divine settlement is not something that can be achieved by human efforts alone.

It requires God's intervention and favour. It is a demostration of God's power and love where He acts on behalf of His people.

BIBLICAL EXAMPLES

1. Abraham and Sarah: Despite their advanced age and Sarah's barrenness, God gave them a son, Isaac. He settled them.

2. Joseph: Joseph's life was marked by trials and adversities, but God settled him and he rose from slavery and imprisonment to become powerful ruler in a foreign land.

3. The Belivers: You and I. 1Pet.5:10. God has a process of divine settlement for us. There may be a period of hardship and trials but He will definitely hrina tis to a state of stability and blessings.

Divine settlement is a fulfilment of God's promise never to forsake us in the midst of troubles

COVENANT KEYS

1. Salvation in Christ: Acts 4:12: Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is none other name under heaven given among men ,whereby we must be saved.

You must be born again into the family of God and remain so.
