50 I tell you this, brothers: flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable.
51 Behold! I tell you a mystery. We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed.
53 For this perishable body must put on the imperishable, and this mortal body must put on immortality.
54 When the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the mortal puts on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.”
55 “O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?”
56 The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.
57 But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
58 Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.
FLESH AND BLOOD

Our present body is flawed
Our present body is NOT eternal
We deteriorate!!! Not fun but normal, part of the PLAN
We battle following the righteous life
and we think impure thoughts
We are Sinners in need of a Savior
Thankfully —— God granted us that —- AMEN
It is HIS PLAN
Paul reminds us that
1 Corinthians 15:50 “50 I tell you this, brothers: flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable.”
We are NOT going to Heaven in our earthly form.
Genesis 2:7 “7 then the Lord God formed the man of dust from the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living creature.”
Made from earth — from dust —- Transformed by Faith - Return to dust
The result of the CURSE. The result of SIN
There was NO MORE FOREVER WALKING WITH GOD
19 By the sweat of your face you shall eat bread, till you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken; for you are dust, and to dust you shall return.”
BUT
Jesus paid that Price and Restored the Relationship
WE ARE
Covered by Jesus and Perfected by Spirit
YOU will be changed
any one OVERJOYED for that TRUTH?????

Most people i know whether READER or BINGE WATCHER
love a good mystery
In fact i was pondering that ALL books —ALL shows
have mystery
We simply do not know what is going to happen next
Even the BIBLE..
you have heard to READ the END of the BOOK
JESUS WINS
But your next breath is a MYSTERY
What you think you are doing in one hour,
our tomorrow or later in the year
IT really is a mystery? it was to them and to many of us when we first believe
Paul is explaining the OLD WAY AND THE NEW
CENTURIES OF THE LAW
and the New Way of GRACE
DO YOU KNOW for Certain —— if not today then i encourage you to run that Race of understanding
We live in that State in LIFE
we seek, we plan, and we hope that it comes TRUE
YET —— GOD wants you to know some things
in Fact he SENT JESUS to Pay the Price so you could KNOW

You, as a BELIEVER, as a PRACTITIONOR of CHRIST WAYS
This is giving the MYSTERY of the EVENT of the RAPTURE
But not the exact details
We are born of earth
live in earth
the things of the earth must pass away
and you will in a TWINKLING, in a BLINK ——- BE TRANSFORMED —- TRANSPORTED TO HEAVEN
in a moment when you time on earth is over will become
alive eternally in HEAVEN.
We must discuss OT and NT so that you can get it....
What happens? Mystery TIME
14 I shall ransom them from the power of Sheol; I shall redeem them from Death. O Death, where are your plagues? O Sheol, where is your sting? Compassion is hidden from my eyes.
The Prophet Hosea.
Sheol ——-In ordinary usage it means ravine, chasm, underworld, or world of the dead.
In the OT it is the place where the dead have their abode
Sheol is a place of shadows and utter silence. Here all existence is in suspense,
yet it is not a nonplace like utopia,
but rather a place where life is no more.
It is described as the Land of Forgetfulness.
Those who dwell there cannot praise God (Ps 88:10–12)
10 Do you work wonders for the dead? Do the departed rise up to praise you? Selah
11 Is your steadfast love declared in the grave, or your faithfulness in Abaddon?
12 Are your wonders known in the darkness, or your righteousness in the land of forgetfulness?
We talk in terms of Heaven and Hell
Hebrews thought in terms of Sheol and Abrabrams Bosom
The Old testament is not CLEAR ON Death
My take has long been
You went to Sheol or abraham bosum
You went to a place of NOTHING —-
or you went to a place of WAITING
The righteous would rest until the MESSIAH COMES
I think this is the Mystery
The DEAD well they are dead==== They will go to the PIT described in Revelations
Think on the JUDGEMENT SEAT
Great WHITE THRONE JUDGEMENT
oR BEAMA JUDGEMENT
PIT or PARADISE
I think that clarifies these passages
You have earthly —- will go to dust
the ALIVE IN CHRIST —- go to HEAVEN — a place of GLORY — until the NEW EARTH
The DEAD in CHRIST —- in place of nothingness awaiting judgement
The Righteous of the HEBREWS at rest in Abraham’s Bosum ARISE
There is a RECONCILATION in HEAVEN —-
it is like GOD preparing all for the FINAL CHAPTER
that TRUMPET call —- The SAINTS Come MARCHING in —— INTO HEAVEN
God gathering HIS family — HIS CHILDREN
YES—- this the Rapture
16 For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.
17 Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord.
THE RAPTURE—-
Is the calling of all that are OT resting to RISE
then us alive on earth on the call of that TRUMPET will RISE
So BELIEVERS —- Either in a BLINK or the SOUND of the TRUMPET
we are GOING to GO to JESUS
When JESUS comes again — for that thousand year reign
in the END. the FINAL JUDGEMENT
ALL THINGS RECONCILED
SATAN and the LOST —- into the PIT —— EXIST NO MORE
CHRISTIAN
Pay attention to the SIMPLE and do not get caught up in Arguments
BLINK or TRUMPET —- YOU go to HEAVEN
JESUS gave you access to VICTORY
no matter you daily struggles
no matter your daily sins
no matter your doubts
You can know TRUTH
in the moment following your last breath
you will KNOW the VICTORY
You will KNOW your Spiritual BODY
You will be in the PRESENCE OF THE LORD
You will KNOW and FULLY understand the RESURRECTION
You will know the VICTORY OVER DEATH AND SIN
the sting of SIN will be NO MORE
VICTORY THROUGH CHRIST JESUS
in Verse 58 we get a therefore —- a HUGE PAY ATTENTION
58 Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.
So what Happens?

Soul Sleep is NOT a valid theory for Christians
We could argue that the OT Hebrews are asleep and awaiting
But their bodies are dust —— there soul is awaiting the perfected body
Jesus superceded this for HIS disciples
We got the speed pass to Heaven by HIS blood.
Paul closes this section with PRAISE
56 The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.
57 But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
58 Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.
Friends that is our prayer this morning
BE STEADFAST,
BE IMMOVABLE
BE WORKING ALWAYS FOR HIM
KNOW that the TRUTH is HIM
