Big Idea
Yes, the big-idea is disciple-making is an intentional process o teaching, modeling, and equipping others to follow Jesus. These things will be our focus tonight.
Scripture reading 2Tim2:1-2
1 You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. 2 The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.

Maybe we grab the instructions from the verses first.
1 You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. 2 The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.
Be strong in grace- strength is not found in your own strength, but in the grace of Jesus Christ (v.1)
Remember what you have been taught, what you have heart. Hold firmly to that. (v.2)
Pass on the truth, entrust it to faith people (v.2)
Train future disciple makers/teachers, the goal is multiplication, disciples making disciples (v.2)

Disciple-making is about multiplication, not just addition
We empower disciples to make disciples, creating a ripple effect.
