Xavieon’s ASSIST !

PRAISE THE LORD AND EVERYONE, GOD BLESS AND PEACE UNTO YOU, IT’S A GREAT HONOR AND A PRIVILEDGE TO BE ABLE TO SAY SOME WORDS TODAY FOR XAVION IN CELEBRATION OF HIS LIFE.

I Learned from his Grandmother my dear Sister Cannon about how he was a talented and inspiring basketball player. I grew proud myself from afar hearing Sister Cannon brag, brag brag about her baby doing his thang out there. this truly gave me joy.

Although I myself never personally watched him play, I myself being a former athlete game recognize game ; reminds me of a quote from the great football Walter Payton:

“when your good you’ll tell everyone, but when your great everyone will tell you. and when we talk about Xavieon its nothing but greatness. As a player and a person.“

Speaking of greatness and basketball ...

Michael Jordan , highly regarded as one of the best basketball players had many incredible highlights in his career

, those all usually end with him scoring or dunking

I argue his most iconic highlight is of one barely mentioned and that’s in 97’ NBA finals when he told Steve Kerr what to do before the play ,Jordan drew a double team and passed the game winning shot opportunity to his teammate Steve Kerr who made it ! Securing their 5th championship. Jordan made the assist, Kerr listened to his leader and the two worked together in FAITH to achieve the goal of getting their victory.

NOW Zavion’s greatest highlight , i recall

it was on ( Day of Baptism) when Zavion made his greatest assist and passed his burdens to JESUS CHRIST , who CALLED HIM to COME follow me and I will give you rest and Xavieon in FAITH listened to our Lord and answered the CALL BY Faith in JESUS and his salvific work Zavion has THE VICTORY of Eternal Life !

Being blessed with the Spirit of GOD after faith .......Zavion has blessed others with his own highlight package with works of righteousness such as Love, joy, peace patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control

Let us now take the pass Zavion has given each of us by assisting others in Jesus name with love mercy and compassion like Zavion.

For The best assist or gift anyone can give another in this life is the LOVE of GOD.

Zavion you’ve finished your race you’ve fulfilled the will of our Father whom has called you home.

Jesus said that those who fulfill the will of the Father will inherit the KINGDOM of GOD and In John 6:40 Jesus testifies of the WILL of the Father which is; those who behold and BELIEVE in the SON, will have eternal life and Jesus himself will raise them up on the last day.

Zavion is as advertised a great basketball player amongst his peers and loved ones , But I testify to everyone here, he’s one of the greatest players I’ve ever seen wearing the jersey of the greatest team ever assembled TEAM CHRISTIAN COCHED BY THE GREATEST COACH of all time JESUS CHRIST of NAZARETH!

Words of reflection :

HOPE does not come to us by what man can supply us but ONLY IN GOD WHO PROVIDES for us ; which is LIFE EVERLASTING in his WORD so please I encourage everyone to persevere and trust in his WORD without ceasing.
