7 Tips on Finding Gods Will

So whats His will for us? Firstly, is fellowship. Like God fellowshipped with Adam/Eve beginning, he seeks to do that now. 1 John 1:1–4 “ That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life—2 the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us—3 that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ. 4 And these things we write to you that your joy may be full.”
Your Salvation - Born Again
1 Timothy 2:3–4 “For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, 4 who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.”
2 Peter 3:9 “The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.”
Can one of you name 1 verse that reminds of the same?
Abstain from sexual sin - Purity
1 Thessalonians 4:3 “For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality”
Colossians 3:5 “ Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.”
Be thankful - Content
Philippians 4:11 “Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content:”
1 Thessalonians 5:18 “in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
Have a good testimony
1 Peter 2:15 “For this is the will of God, that by doing good you may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men—”
Transform your mind - Renewed
Romans 12:1–2 “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.”
Your witness - Confessing as Lord
Mark 16:15 “15 And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.”
Your trust - Way/Truth/Life
Proverbs 3:5–6 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; 6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.”
