Who are you?

Write a paragraph on Who you are?

This is one of the deepest simple questions on earth?

We can all, sit around, in deep thought or conversation

and realize that there are things that we should change

IF we are truly wanting to be more like Jesus

I don’t have the ability to change you

I have the ability to teach and preach to you the reason why

I think during this series, you will have a number of verses to make part of your daily thoughts

One of the key ones is

Philippians 1:6 ESV

6 And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.

FACT —- it is not simply about CHANGING ( as change can be temporary)

WE need to BECOME

This verse was easy for me to memorize

as it helped to set my feet on the path

to understand that

i am NOT all that and a bag of chips

my personal remodel TODO list is long

but we need to make PROCESS Daily —— Have a PATH —- Fight Procrastination.

Maybe you have had the same realization

We need to be REMODELED into the IMAGE OF CHRIST

Have you realized that no matter what the lifestyle you live we all suffer.

We should learn to focus on

Becoming, not simply Changing

To become like CHRIST

Our very CHARACTER must be of CHRIST

Why Remodeling

Our building where we are sitting at this moment

is a Great example

We are all a little like this building inside and outside

Because in remodeling we DEMO the OLD

and INSTALL THE NEW

THE DEMO

The demo is hard and dirty

it can leave a mess

that will need to be cleaned

in remodeling—- a year later you may still find a little dirt

and old screw

The deeper the DEMO the bigger the mess

YET

James 1:2–4 ESV

2 Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, 3 for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. 4 And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.

We keep our eye on the GOAL

the reality is that JESUS is going to COMPLETE US

PERFECT and COMPLETE

LACKING IN NOTHING

NOTE: we are talking about YOU, not a property

What does it look like now. What is the condition?

What does GOD want it to Look like?

That is our comparison through out this series

DONE in a way that you WANT FOR NOTHING

Bath, BED, living, and KITCHEN —- PERFECT

YARD, Shed, Garage —- PERFECT

we are going to DRIVE you to HIRE the RIGHT CONTRACTOR

little hint —— HIS NAME IS ABOVE ALL NAMES

HE IS PERFECT in HIS GLORY

HE IS the WAY THE TRUTH and the LIFE

He is GOD of GOD

our SAVIOR, Protector, and LORD

A man once tried to change his eating habits, so he bought a gym membership and signed up for a juice cleanse.

After a week, when he brought a kale smoothie to the office, his colleagues asked if he had joined a cult!

This light-hearted moment reminds us that sometimes change feels uncomfortable or even bizarre at first.

Just like in our faith, sometimes God calls us to make adjustments that might seem strange to others,

but they ultimately lead to a healthier, happier life in Him.

The world

The WORLD is Desperate for IDENTITY

PEOPLE have LOST their way

People have LOST their MINDS

PEOPLE are LOST

Colossians 1:21–22 (ESV)

21And you, who once were alienated and hostile in mind, doing evil deeds,

22he has now reconciled in his body of flesh by his death, in order to present you holy and blameless and above reproach before him,

Titus 3:3–7 (ESV)

3For we ourselves were once foolish, disobedient, led astray, slaves to various passions and pleasures, passing our days in malice and envy, hated by others and hating one another.

4But when the goodness and loving kindness of God our Savior appeared,

A pastor once shared about a church renovation project.

At first, members resisted the changes to their beloved building,

fearing they would lose the character of what they loved.

However, after the renovations, they found that they had a more welcoming space where new faces quickly felt at home.

This reflects how God often reshapes our lives

— we may resist it at first, but change is often accompanied by growth and greater fellowship.

Deeper Relationship with Christ will change you.

You will worry less, because you Realize you have no control

Jesus is the CEO of your Life

GOAL

We existing to GLORIFY GOD, and GROW OTHERS in CHRIST

This is NOT easy

But it is REQUIRED

we are going to RUN into REALITIES of this WORLD

People will Deceive

People will seek to hurt

People will MISLEAD

People will Shout I LOVE YOU, and then RUN away as soon as there is a challenge

We must learn to LEAN on GOD alone

We must FOCUS on the WORD of GOD alone

Today i pray you are MOTIVATED

that you SEE THE NEED

We cannot STAY where we are at

if we don’t do Maintance if we DON’T

BELIEVE —— YES

BUT YOU Must

BECOME

that our HOUSE will be Condemned

We are going to work on:

AWARENESS

ACCESSMENT

ASSIGNMENTS

ASSISTANCE

ADMINISTER

ACCEPT

ACTIVATE

We are ready KNOW, therefore should be aware

it is not easy

we want to hold on to THINGS

the powers of Darkness will seek to DISRUPT

Next WEEK

we will start with the BIBLICAL REASONS that

No matter you age, No matter your Maturity Level

We need to Stand on the REASON for the REMODEL

I pray you go with JESUS on this Project.

Think of your life as a house in need of some serious remodeling.

Imagine going through each room, tossing out what doesn't belong

—old furniture and outdated decor.

Then, you start to imagine what your dream home looks like, filled with light and love.

Just like that, remodeling our lives

into one that reflects Christ involves clearing out the clutter of sin and negativity and redecorating with His love and grace.

Let Him be the architect of your soul!
