2 Corinthians 4:8–9 “We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;”
The term "troubled" in the Bible often refers to a state of distress, anxiety, or agitation, whether in the heart, mind, or spirit. This condition can arise from external circumstances, internal struggles, or spiritual challenges.
2 Corinthians 1:8 “For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life:”
Based on the definition of troubled, we find there are two different types of troubled.
External
Internal
Both are something that if we are not careful will weigh us down. Being troubled will hurt you physically, mentally and socially.
