Romans 12:5 NASB95
5 so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.
I posed the question: How can we be one body, when we have spend over 2000 years having church split after church split.
Romans 12:1–2 NASB95
1 Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. 2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.
How is our mind renewed?
We need to start with the knowledge that our mind needs to be renewed.
In the Army we called it PMCS (Preventative Maintenance Checks and Service.
Check the level and quality of the antifreeze.
Romans 12:14 NASB95

Romans 12:15–16 NASB95
15 Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep. 16 Be of the same mind toward one another; do not be haughty in mind, but associate with the lowly. Do not be wise in your own estimation.

“so far as it depends on you” is your very best.
