Gathering isn’t just showing up to church, but it’s being present in your heart mind and spirit
You can sit across the table from somebody but be distant in your mind and be distant emotionally or distant spiritually…
When you show up to church, are you present not just physically, but emotionally spiritually and mentally…Because for us to gather is to be present to be honest to be real
And yes, it’s important to physically be at church. It’s not enough just to listen to a podcast or listen to a message later.
