Shining like Christ in the World (Students of the King)

So we need to be witness if we got to be Witnesses. Where will, okay? Maybe you're not going to go to Jerusalem and Samaria, just want to bring it back up again. Maybe you just don't want to go to Samaria, answer the answer, most parts of the earth. And for those people who don't know, we streaming services every Sunday. There are people in Asia, who will see the service next Sunday? Because we're streaming to people, we don't know, but we feel it's important to share the gospel in the good news of Jesus Christ and that's you Scriptures for you are not expecting to the early church but you shall receive power from Oneida. I just want to go back to some real by 6 here. There was a consequence for wrongdoing. You do something wrong. And they're all things that you and I do wrong and that's including those releasing. Like so there are things we do wrong that we can do nothing about we've done it. Total vision. And as a consequence the same but there's a price has been paid. It's a sacrifice that God might he sent his one and only son Jesus. He's only son to die on the cross for you, to pay the price of the consequence of that sin. And as we choose him as a savior, he did not just died on the cross and get buried in a tube Heroes. Again, we read about that in. I love Easter. Easter is a great time of the year because we remember that he's risen. But we remember every day that Jesus Christ is risen, he is outside and he's paid the price for us. I'm so when we read about Jesus being humble, he was a leader. He was the son of God. He was influential, he was a teacher and yet he walked his disciples feet and he served them. They said, no, I must. I must wash your faith. I want to serve you with humility and obedience. Guys, if you ever since the father nudging, you this week to serve, somebody just to do something.

Some of you if you've ever had to move that, you'll have to start thinking about mod, so settling down or buying a house. You're starting to think about 5, 10 15, 25 years. When you stop thinking about pension planning and I'm look at the average age in the room in thinking nobody's worried about mention planning right now because I was thinking about what happens when you're 67 and older. It does. Come just come. It will come one day. But you know, what is an even longer perspective than that? It's called an eternal perspective. Where are you going to spend the rest of Eternity? One day, we will leave this earth.

Am I what we do next? We going to be with Jesus. We're going to be with Father God. There's an eternal perspective, the masses. We're not just being saved from something but we are being saved for something. Saved from sin will be saved to serve. It's such a privilege to serve you in different ways. And you know what, if I'm jealous, I'm speaking. The gospel comes out of the love of Christ in our lives, when I am full of the hardest things wrong from time to time. But I want to be full of good stuff. So that when somebody comes along and squeezes me. Stuff comes out another piece of me. Think about a SpongeBob a sponge is absolutely useless. If it's crappy and hard on the side of your boss, you drop it on the water float until the surface is broken and the water will stop to flying to the sponge in. It was. So cut the water around it. Then you can use it for what you need to use it for. And then when you squeeze it, the water comes out. If I squeezed you today, what would come out? I'm looking to come along into it.

We are ordinary people trying to do extraordinary things. The extraordinary things we cannot do in or around strength. The return with God.

So I'm going to give you a couple of challenges. If I close out what I want sharing to die, number one is, I'd like to encourage you. Now I'm going to say this month but actually it's really near the end of September. So let me say before the end of October, you have a coffee with someone, you don't know. I'm just get to know them.

I sometimes put a sign. I sometimes go and sit in Starbucks. Generally work from home.

Sometimes I'll sit in Starbucks and I'm literally sitting there working and I'll have a little sign up in front of me. It says, please if I could buy you a coffee, I'd love to have a chat about kind of coffee. Would you like? I'm not talked about loads of things. No worries about church. China Wok. I know, I need to get to No More Strangers. I know some of you were strangers to make to die and I'm a stranger to you. But you know what? If we stay in the circle away, in all the time that Circle will get smaller and smaller and smaller. If we keep our eyes open looking to some of the other things looking to the stranger, looking to the person that's lost. If you do feel green or somewhere else, if you see someone lost in the first week of time, there will be lots of people who are lost looking around.

These people have been in this church because somebody else then can I help you? And that was all like that.

And then consequences than follow it up.
