No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us.
And they have defeated him by the blood of the Lamb
and by their testimony.
And they did not love their lives so much
that they were afraid to die.
another translation, “They overcame Him by the Blood fo the Lamb.”
Our greatest weapon ins the blood of Jesus- There is power in the Blood!
Everything we have comes through the blood of Jesus
the curse of sin is removed
the spiritual blessing promised
The Righteous of God

Many are the afflictions of the righteous,
but the Lord delivers him out of them all.

Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.
Trials and Tribulation will come
Trials and Tribulation will come
The Bible never says there won’t be troubles, trail, and tribulation
But how we face them matters
Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again—rejoice!
ESV, Phil 4:4
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice.
When are we called to be full of Joy?
Faith has an outcome and an expectation 1 Peter 1:9
The reward for trusting him will be the salvation of your souls.
ESV- 1 Peter 1:9
obtaining the outcome of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
Troubles are oppertunities
Troubles are oppertunities
The eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous
and his ears toward their cry.
The face of the Lord is against those who do evil,
to cut off the memory of them from the earth.
When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears
and delivers them out of all their troubles.
For a Righteous person- Troubles present the opportunity for deliverance
