Col 2:8-15. Dan Kroon. There’s nothing worse than the feeling of emptiness. Whether it’s a physically empty stomach or an emotionally empty heart or a spiritually empty soul, it’s the pits – literally. In this week’s passage we’re encouraged with the fullness of Christ. The fullness of God in him and our spiritual fullness when he is in us. Paul is at pains to make sure we know that Jesus is all-sufficient; that in him is found true fullness, completeness and contentedness. There are many empty messages out there, both philosophies and religions. But Christ is our only satisfaction.
