Paul —who is this man Paul

he is first mentioned in Acts 7:58 at the stoning of stephen he was a young man they laid their clothes at his feet formerly known as Saul of Tarsus ( Acts 9:11 )

Acts 13:9 his name is changed to Paul and from then on scripture refers to him as Paul
