What is Discipleship?

What is Discipleship and what it is not.

One of the biggest issues facing Christians today is a lack of Discipleship. This is in stark comparison again what Christ preached In Matthew 28: 19-20 and echoed in Mark 16:15. This is know as the Great Commission. Today Churches just seem to share the gospel to fill up the pews but never truly teaching what it means to be a Christian and what we believe.

Here are some stark numbers for us to consider that in 2023 there was a study done by American Bible Society and only about 39% of Americans were considered to be Bible users (limited interaction a few times a year)

In 2017 Lifeway released a survey that only 11 percent of all Americans have read the entire Bible.

These numbers are even worse with Milleinals and Genz. when broken down,
