What Call are refusing to answer?
Deny, or delay
Information
Many different calls from God:
Call to repentance
Call to dedication
Call to obedience (words and actions$ on assignment)
Call to sacrifice
Call to service
Call to ministry
Inspiration
14 “For many are called, but few are chosen.”
God’s call is inclusive, but His choices are particular.
Based off willingness
8 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.”
God cleanses us by His grace and mercy, but expects us to surrender to His plan.
Elisha and the oxen.
19 So he departed from there, and found Elisha the son of Shaphat, who was plowing with twelve yoke of oxen before him, and he was with the twelfth. Then Elijah passed by him and threw his mantle on him.
10 Then Moses said to the Lord, “O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither before nor since You have spoken to Your servant; but I am slow of speech and slow of tongue.”
Making excuses for not answering the Call
2 “Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry out against it; for their wickedness has come up before Me.”
His disobedience jeopardized all those he came in contact with.
In the end, he missed his reward, because he was only obedient.
19 If you are willing and obedient, You shall eat the good of the land;
Jesus to disciples- Follow Me!
Revelation
29 For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.
29 For God’s gifts and His call are irrevocable. [He never withdraws them when once they are given, and He does not change His mind about those to whom He gives His grace or to whom He sends His call.]
Application
God will guide you, give you dreams, give you visions, and prophetic direction.
8 Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

The value of your call is not dependent on how visible it is. God is not looking for spiritual influencers. 10/1/2025

9 But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;

How can I pray for you?
