This what the Lord is to us!
I. The Lord Defends Us Logically.
Heaven has a wall.
Revelation 21:18–19
18 And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass.
19 And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald;”
II. The Lord Defends Us Legally.
Jesus is our lawyer.
1 John 2:1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:
III. The Lord Defends Us Lovingly.
Jesus is our Lord.
Psalm 7:10 My defence is of God, which saveth the upright in heart.
