John 2:16-22
To build belief, to build faith, to build perspective its always important to remember
David remembered his success versus the lion and the bear in order to defeat Goliath
the disciples remembered that Jesus prophesied of his ressurection mutiple times and they would miss things in the moment a lot of times.
Lazarus when he died Jesus said Our friend Lazarus had fallen asleep, the disciples were like why
John 11 Jesus talks about how Lazarus had fallen asleep and so they need to go to Bethany, and disciples were like he’ll get better we don’t need to go there.
Psalm 77:11-12
Its Easy to miss things in the moments, while we are going through something, or while we are tired or fatigued we lose sight of things.
What remembering does is it allows us the opportunity to restore our faith and belief in
Remembering isn’t passive, remembering is intentional and its a spiritual discipline
so we are going to remember the goodness of God through stories
take a few minutes to write down God’s faithfulness and then we will share
