Daniel 3:15 “Now if ye be ready that at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the image which I have made; well: but if ye worship not, ye shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a burning fiery furnace; and who is that God that shall deliver you out of my hands?
Who is that God?
Before we can set out to do anything for God, we must recognize that he is.

THE CREATOR

Colossians 1:16 “For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:”
Genesis 1:1–2 “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.”
You don’t have to have a Bible to know that God exists.
Romans 1:20: For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
Fine tuning does not suggest that life on earth would be DIFFICULT.    Science is telling us that life would be IMPOSSIBLE without such grand and precise design. This balance is called a “razor’s edge”  a “knife’s edge.”  Max Baker-Hytch SAID, “Some of these ‘fine-tuned’ features of the universe are such that had they differed only very slightly, the universe would not even have contained galaxies and stars, let alone conscious creatures like ourselves.”

MILKY WAY:
3 types of galaxies- spiral, elliptical, and irregular
spiral is the only type of galaxy which is inhabitable
irregular are chaotic in nature
1/10 size of milky way
prone to environmental effects
elliptical egg-shaped and cannot sustain life
perfectly situated to the sun- 5% variation would make life unsustainable
we live in the goldilocks zone-
giant gaseous planet called Jupiter— it is 3x the size the diameter of our planet and it orbits around the sun 12x/year
it acts like a cosmic vacuum cleaner, keeping our corner of the solar system clear from space debris
our sun is 93 million miles away from us— the ligth from the sun varies only one tenth of 1%— if it were more volatile it would become too unpredictable and destroy all life. THUS, WE LIVE IN PERFECT DISTANCE FROM THE SUN.
Isaiah 45:18 “For thus saith the Lord that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, He created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the Lord; and there is none else.”
