I. The Call to Holiness

📖 1 Peter 1:15–16 – “But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.” 📖 Leviticus 11:44 – “Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be ye holy; for I am holy.”
Holiness is not man’s idea—it is God’s command.
Holiness is not about rules—it’s about reflecting God’s character.
Illustration: A mirror only reflects what it faces. If we face the world, we reflect the world. If we face Christ, we reflect His holiness.
👉 Challenge: Who are you reflecting—Christ or culture?

II. The Pursuit of Holiness in Daily Life

📖 Hebrews 12:14 – “Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord.” 📖 Romans 12:1 – “Present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.”
Holiness is not just Sunday worship—it’s Monday obedience.
Holiness touches your speech, your habits, your relationships, your thought life.
Illustration: A garden grows what is planted. Sow holiness, reap life. Sow compromise, reap corruption.
👉 Challenge: What seeds are you planting in your heart and home?

III. Holiness Prepares Us for the Spirit’s Fire

📖 Acts 5:32 – “And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him.” 📖 Romans 15:16 – “…being sanctified by the Holy Ghost.”
The Spirit fills clean vessels. Sanctification prepares the temple for Pentecostal fire.
Holiness is the runway for the Spirit’s power to land.
Illustration: You don’t pour pure water into a dirty cup. God doesn’t pour His Spirit into a vessel that refuses cleansing.
👉 Challenge: Do you want the baptism of the Holy Ghost? Then pursue holiness—it is the doorway to Spirit‑filled living.

🔥 Altar Call: A Call to Consecration

If you’ve been living in compromise, come and lay it down.
If you’ve been sowing seeds of bitterness, doubt, or sin, come and let God cleanse your heart.
If you hunger for the baptism of the Holy Ghost, come and present yourself as a living sacrifice.
Prayer Prompt: “Lord, I consecrate myself to You. Cleanse me, sanctify me, and make me holy. Prepare me as Your temple. Fill me with Your Spirit and let my life reflect Your glory. In Jesus’ name, amen.”
