Today we are going to be adding to the sermon from last week.
Jumping in to the part of Many Adversaries.
For a great and effective door has opened to me, and there are many adversaries.
I was awaken by a dream I believe was from God this week. In the dream i was in a place I was not familiar with almost like a new building as we were looking around and someone was bent down looking at like a furnace or something similar and I was standing behind them and out of the corner of my eye a snake came from the side going straight for the person with me…
Now listen you all know me and I would normally jump and step back,
but in this dream there was something different there was no hesitation no fear no stepping away.
With Authority I reached beside me as if the weapon was right there, I didn't search for it but it was there and i knew it was there.
Immediately I thought this was a spiritual attack on me and on those who were with me.
No weapon formed against you shall prosper,
And every tongue which rises against you in judgment
You shall condemn.
This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord,
And their righteousness is from Me,”
Says the Lord.
The many adversaries in this new open door is real and I don’t want you alarmed I want you to know that no matter what weapon or what attack.
You have been Fitted & Ready for Battle to be victorious in Christ.
The prophetic nature of this dream is that we don’t have to search for help, we have authority, we have power inside of us over the enemy.
Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.
Come on Church we must Be sober, Vigilant, Resist him steadfast in the faith.
The enemy is out there and he is looking but as in the Prophetic dream I was ready, I knew where my weapons were and I did not hesitate, I chopped the head off the snake. We are ready or in state of Readiness
The Lord told me to prepare you, to show you that in all circumstances you have authority in Christ, You have every weapon available to you, God has given us what we need in this life to be “fitted and ready for battle”
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,
One of Satan's greatest tactics is deception—convincing people that if they cannot see something, then it must not be real.
He wants believers to focus only on the visible struggles—turmoil, financial difficulties, personal conflicts—so they never realize the true enemy is working behind the scenes.
Many Christians waste their energy fighting the wrong battles because they assume their struggles are merely physical.
But Scripture makes it clear: the real enemy is not people, governments, or even circumstances—it is Satan and his forces.
Paul describes this battle even more specifically.
For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
Sometimes we blame people for our struggles, blame circumstances for our hardships, and blame ourselves for the failures, never realizing that an unseen enemy is working behind the scenes to keep us bound, discouraged, and ineffective.
But listen…we fight differently when we open our eyes to the unseen realm.
We stop wrestling against the wrong things and start using the divine weapons that God has given us.
If we stand firm in this war, we must first recognize where the real battlefield is.
It is not in our homes, our jobs, or our relationships—it is in the unseen realm, where the forces of darkness are fighting against the kingdom of God.
But we do not fight in fear because, God has already Fitted us for Battle and given us victory in Jesus Christ.
Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
We need all the Armor but I saw something here in the shoes that I had never seen before
and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace.
The idea is that your feet are fitted and ready for spiritual warfare.
For Athletes one of the most important items is the shoes, Cleats to stand and dig in, basketball shoes that have good traction, running shoes that are designed for running.
Paul repeats this theme of Having done all, Stand firm.
Standing firm apparently doesn’t only mean standing. It also means running. It’s not just defensive, it is also offensive.
It means carrying the attack into enemy territory, and plundering Satan’s kingdom by declaring the good news and the promise of rescue to captives.
Today my prophetic dream I had weapons at the ready, I was not surprised by the enemy and I was able to protect what and who were with me.
Paul gives us a list
Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—
We have the armor but what else?
Praise as a weapon is modeled in scripture and it can be grabbed quickly as the enemy begins his assault on our minds.
…The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness;
By putting on the garment of praise, we can change the spiritual atmosphere from heaviness to hope.
Remember whatever we praise and worship is exalted and glorified.
When we glorify God with praise, we are taking control of our mind choosing to set our sights on Jesus, not on our problems or feelings.
Satan and his demons do not want to stick around to hear a believer praise and worship God.
2. The Name Of Jesus
Full of power, authority, and dominion over all, the name of Jesus is unlike any other name.
Professing Jesus as our Lord and Savior is an act of spiritual warfare in itself.
Whenever I find myself in warfare, I proclaim Jesus Name.
I Remind myself and the spiritual realm that the battle has already been won.
When Christ died on the cross, “it was finished”.
The Holy Spirit enables us to cast out demons, heal the sick, and to boldly witness to others, all in the name of Jesus.
Satan and his demons know exactly who Jesus is and the power He possesses.
Jesus is the name above all names, by calling on him we can overcome all kinds of warfare.
Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
3. The Blood Of Jesus
There is nothing like the power in the blood of Jesus. The blood of Jesus has the power to protect, cleanse, heal, and sanctify. The death of Jesus on the cross was the ultimate play against Satan.
The blood that Jesus shed on the cross destroyed all of Satan’s plans, effectively stopping him.
There is power claiming the blood of Jesus.
and the belief to back it up is a mighty weapon.
Look At Revelation
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony…
4. God’s Word
Last but Without a doubt, the most effective weapon of spiritual warfare is God’s word.
The Word of God has everything needed for believers to stand firm in the hour of battle.
God’s word is the solid foundation upon which we stand.
The truth of God’s word can undo the twisted lies of the enemy that keep us in spiritual bondage.
You cannot fight against spiritual attacks without God’s word.
Throughout the day you need to come against the lies from the enemy, by declaring the truth of God’s word as a swift rebuke.
Church we have not been left on our own…
We have been fitted for Battle, every weapon is at our side
The enemy will not get the advantage!!!We are Fitted and Ready for Battle
so that we would not be outwitted by Satan; for we are not ignorant of his designs.
