Matthew 7:21 “21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.”

Matthew 7:22 “22 On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’”

Matthew 7:23 “23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’”

We are not talking about salvation through works, rather works/ministry flowing from relationship.

Matthew 11:28 “28 Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”

2 Corinthians 5:17 “17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.”

This is the Job

Mark 6:7 “7 And he called the twelve and began to send them out two by two, and gave them authority over the unclean spirits.”

Mark 6:8 “8 He charged them to take nothing for their journey except a staff—no bread, no bag, no money in their belts

Mark 6:9 “9 but to wear sandals and not put on two tunics.”

Mark 6:10 “10 And he said to them, “Whenever you enter a house, stay there until you depart from there.”

Mark 6:11 “11 And if any place will not receive you and they will not listen to you, when you leave, shake off the dust that is on your feet as a testimony against them.””

Mark 6:12 “12 So they went out and proclaimed that people should repent.”

Mark 6:13 “13 And they cast out many demons and anointed with oil many who were sick and healed them.”

Mark 3:13 “13 And he went up on the mountain and called to him those whom he desired, and they came to him.”

Mark 3:14 “14 And he appointed twelve (whom he also named apostles) so that they might be with him and he might send them out to preach”

Mark 3:15 “15 and have authority to cast out demons.”

Matthew 28:18 “18 And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.”

Matthew 28:19 “19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,”

Matthew 28:20 “20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.””

They are being Jesus’ hands and feet, they are doing what He has been doing! What if we did that?!
This was the plan from the beginning.

While your Here, Your Human

In this life you will have trouble...we are prone to struggles with doubt, faith, anger, selfishness…

Matthew 28:16 “16 Now the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain to which Jesus had directed them.”

Matthew 28:17 “17 And when they saw him they worshiped him, but some doubted.”

James 4:7 “7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

James 4:8 “8 Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.”

1 Peter 5:8 “8 Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.”

1 Peter 5:9 “9 Resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world.”

This is what can Happen

Not by might …but by My Spirit says the Lord.

Zechariah 4:6 “6 Then he said to me, “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of hosts.”

Acts 5:12 “12 Now many signs and wonders were regularly done among the people by the hands of the apostles. And they were all together in Solomon’s Portico.”

Acts 5:13 “13 None of the rest dared join them, but the people held them in high esteem.”

Acts 5:14 “14 And more than ever believers were added to the Lord, multitudes of both men and women,”

Acts 5:15 “15 so that they even carried out the sick into the streets and laid them on cots and mats, that as Peter came by at least his shadow might fall on some of them.”

Acts 5:16 “16 The people also gathered from the towns around Jerusalem, bringing the sick and those afflicted with unclean spirits, and they were all healed.”

Ephesians 2:10 “10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.”

Romans 12:6 “6 Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith;

Romans 12:7 “7 if service, in our serving; the one who teaches, in his teaching;”

Romans 12:8 “8 the one who exhorts, in his exhortation; the one who contributes, in generosity; the one who leads, with zeal; the one who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness.”
