In Deuteronomy 4, Moses warns Israel about wandering hearts and misplaced worship—but he also gives a powerful promise: even if God’s people find themselves far from Him, “from there you will seek the LORD your God, and you will find Him when you seek Him with all your heart and all your soul.”
This sermon explores what it truly means to seek God in a world full of distractions and lesser gods. Like the wise men who followed the star, wisdom still leads us toward the presence of Jesus. And just as God assured Israel, He remains near, merciful, and ready to be found by all who earnestly seek Him.
“Wise men still seek Him”—and everyone who does will discover a God who has been pursuing them all along.
