Anna’s decades of prayer and devotion call us back to worship in an age of distraction. Together, their examples reveal anticipation fulfilled in Christ’s first coming and point us toward His second. This season, we are called to live in anticipation trusting like Mary, obeying like Joseph, hoping like Simeon, and devoting like Anna actively shaping our hearts toward the blessed hope of Jesus Christ.
