Part 1 What is the meaning of life?
The meaning of life is to seek God. From birth our hearts know there is God and we know we are separated from Him.
and connect to God. And that way is only through Jesus.
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.
Seek and you will find, knock and the door will be opened.
When you TRULY seek God with your whole heart you will be led to Christ. And when you hear of Jesus the Holy Spirit will begin to convict you of sin. There will be a moment of grief ,Not because of what sin has done to you but what you have done to God.
If you say you come to believe because the music felt good or the experience was uplifting and left you feeling close to god or happy. It will not last. Jesus describes this
“The one on whom seed was sown on the rocky places, this is the man who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy;
yet he has no firm root in himself, but is only temporary, and when affliction or persecution arises because of the word, immediately he falls away.
God will recreate you but first you must be clean. being near God will convict you of sin . Jesus said
Isaiah experienced this
In the year of King Uzziah’s death I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, lofty and exalted, with the train of His robe filling the temple.
Seraphim stood above Him, each having six wings: with two he covered his face, and with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew.
And one called out to another and said,
“Holy, Holy, Holy, is the Lord of hosts,
The whole earth is full of His glory.”
And the foundations of the thresholds trembled at the voice of him who called out, while the temple was filling with smoke.
Then I said,
“Woe is me, for I am ruined!
Because I am a man of unclean lips,
And I live among a people of unclean lips;
For my eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts.”
Then one of the seraphim flew to me with a burning coal in his hand, which he had taken from the altar with tongs.
He touched my mouth with it and said, “Behold, this has touched your lips; and your iniquity is taken away and your sin is forgiven.”
He wasn’t joining in, dancing in the spirit. He didnt belong there…YET!
The seraphim angel had to cleanse Isaiah, he couldnt do it himself and it was temporary.
You old self is in rebellion with God. It says “This is my life, I’m not hurting anyone. Or if it feels good do it, or I am what I am, or worse “god made me this way” The Holy Spirit must reveal this to you I cant.
Man can not come to this revelation on his own
Jesus said
“And He, when He comes, will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment;
When the true words of “forgive me God” are spoken the Holy Spirit enters you and you are Born Again…forever.
Some think and even worse teach, That is all there is.
WRONG
You come as you are ( you can add nothing to your salvation)
BUT you can not stay as your are.
We are to grow into the image of Christ.
Lev21:8
because it is written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy.”
Jesus becomes our example of “not my will be done but your will be done.”
Islam asks how can Jesus be God if he says “not my will “
Jesus humbled himself Phil2:8
Being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.
saying, “Father, if You are willing, remove this cup from Me; yet not My will, but Yours be done.”
Jesus became our example, we are to strive to live as Christ.
Paul said Phil 1:21
For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.
Sanctification
Sanctification
Sanctification means to be made holy or set apart for a special purpose, primarily a core Christian concept describing the process where God transforms believers, separating them from sin to become more like Jesus through the Holy Spirit, involving both a definitive (positional) change at salvation and a progressive (ongoing) growth in holiness throughout life, leading to eventual glorification. It's about adopting a new identity, changing one's heart, mind, and actions to reflect Christ's character, moving from an unsanctified state to wholeness in God's kingdom.

We will receive new bodies. Heaven is a resting place. This may be why the bible says the dead are sleeping ie. resting. But a new body one ready to dwell with God through eternity is coming
So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown a perishable body, it is raised an imperishable body;
Behold, I tell you a mystery; we will not all sleep, but we will all be changed,
in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet; for the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.
For this perishable must put on the imperishable, and this mortal must put on immortality.
If you have truly tasted the LOVE of God you will pursue it your whole life. You are a new creature. You are a hybred.
The purpose : God wants a family.

Love requires free will. Free will CAN (with angels) led to sin. With humans it WILL led to sin.
How will God create heirs that will not fall like the angels?
There is a plan , one set in motion before the foundation of the world. It is revealed in the Bible from the very beginning and pronounced when man fell. The proto-evangelical

Between you and the woman,
And between your seed and her seed;
He shall bruise you on the head,
And you shall bruise him on the heel.”
The Lord God made garments of skin for Adam and his wife, and clothed them.
First death on earth at God’s hands to cover their sin pointing to sacrifice -pointing to Christ.
Pain of sin. Imagine having the first baby
loving him and watching sin destroy him. For he killed his brother the first murder.
You can see how this plan is written down and saved through one nation….Israel.

This plan was written down in the Law prophets, and psalms from Israel Through prophecy, allegory, history typology.
The Bible is 66 books written by 40 authors over 2000 years.
For we did not follow cleverly devised tales when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we were eyewitnesses of His majesty.
For when He received honor and glory from God the Father, such an utterance as this was made to Him by the Majestic Glory, “This is My beloved Son with whom I am well-pleased”—
and we ourselves heard this utterance made from heaven when we were with Him on the holy mountain.
So we have the prophetic word made more sure, to which you do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star arises in your hearts.
But know this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture is a matter of one’s own interpretation,
for no prophecy was ever made by an act of human will, but men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God.
Many Prophets didnt understand what they were writing. Daniel was told
He said, “Go your way, Daniel, for these words are concealed and sealed up until the end time.
“Many will be purged, purified and refined, but the wicked will act wickedly; and none of the wicked will understand, but those who have insight will understand
As to this salvation, the prophets who prophesied of the grace that would come to you made careful searches and inquiries,
seeking to know what person or time the Spirit of Christ within them was indicating as He predicted the sufferings of Christ and the glories to follow.
It was revealed to them that they were not serving themselves, but you, in these things which now have been announced to you through those who preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven—things into which angels long to look.
Therefore, prepare your minds for action, keep sober in spirit, fix your hope completely on the grace to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
As obedient children, do not be conformed to the former lusts which were yours in your ignorance,
but like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves also in all your behavior because it is written, “YOU SHALL BE HOLY, FOR I AM HOLY.”
We have been given in these last days :
The Dead Sea Scrolls are the most important discovery of ancient scrolls in the history of the world.

The knowledge of God is built into our hearts
For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse.
But man hardens his heart and becomes like the world and follows his sin nature.
Gods plan is to have children (heirs)
We were made to reign over His creation on this earth first and later over all creation with (under) Christ
expressing His will.
