I Want to be All in.

Romans 12:1-2

Today I would like to preach this subject of “I am all in.” Hopefully you say that you want to be all in as well. In 2026 I want to be all in for the Lord Jesus Christ. Hopefully you can say the same thing. In 2026, I want to be all in for the Lord Jesus Christ no matter what happens within the world or even my life. I beliveve that every true Christian should want to be all in for the Lord Jesus Christ as well.
What do i mean about being all in for Christ? Well mean making Jesus Christ the center of our lives, committing to total surrender in every -part of our lives. like faith, finances, health, relationships, time, and thoughts. And actively sharing our Faith without holding back.
I believe with this text it tells us how to be all in for the Lord Jesus Christ.
Notice a few things today about being all in and how to be all in,

Sacrifice our Bodies for the Lord.

If you look at Romans 12:1-2
Romans 12:1–2 KJV 1900
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
We see the foruth “Therefore” of the book, Rom 3:20 is a therefore of condemtion, then Romans 5:1 is a therefore of Justification, Romans 8:1 is a therefore of assuracures, Romans 12:1 is a therefore of Dedication.
What is true Dedication?
When you give up your body for the service of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Before we trusted Christ as our savior we used our bodies for sinful pleasures and purposes. But now that we belong to him the King of kings and Lord of lords we belong to Him. You will find out in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
1 Corinthians 6:19–20 KJV 1900
What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.
Our bodies are the temple of the Holy Ghost, we are the temple of God, because His spirit dwells within us. It is a privillage to have the Holy Spirit of God living within us. If you read the Old testament you find that the Holy Spirit of God didn’t dwell with them but now He does, becuase of what Christ done upon the cross of Calvary. Its our jobs as Christians to glorify and magnify God with our bodies.
You see this with the Lord Jesus Christ Himself. He had to take upon himself a human body in order to accomplish God’s will. We see that Paul even told in Romans 6 that are no longer servenats of sin but we are the servenats of the most High God. And he said in Romans 6:19
Romans 6:19 KJV 1900
I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness.
If you read the old Testament we see that they killed ananimals for their Sacrifice, but we as Christians are supposed to be a living sacrifice.
Jesus Christ is the perfect expamle of a “living Sacrifice” why is that for Blake? Becuse He actilly died upon the Crossas a Sacrifice obent to God’s will. But He rose again the thrid day. and today He is in Heaven at the rigth hand of God the Father bearing the wonds from Calvary’s cross being our high pritests and our avoidtie.
If you look at the text Paul gives us two reason why we should presnet our bodies as living sacrifice.
a. I beeach you therefore brethren by the merices of God
b. It is our reasonable service: its often said that this means this is the least thing that we could do.
2. When you give up your mind for the cause of Christ.
Satan wants to contral our minds
3. When you give up your will.

We need to be Humble

Ver 3
Did you see this in Ver 3 Paul said,

not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith

If we as Christians need to do anything today i believe that we need to be Humble.

We need to be in Unity

Ver 4,16 Ps. 133
We are all members of the same body and that is the Body of the Lord Jesus Christ. We all have differnt funtcvions within the body.
a. why is unity import?
you will find out that the Bible tells to dwell together in unity. If you look in Ps. 133
Psalm 133 KJV 1900
A Song of degrees of David. Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious ointment upon the head, That ran down upon the beard, even Aaron’s beard: That went down to the skirts of his garments; As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: For there the Lord commanded the blessing, Even life for evermore.
You will also see that before the Lord Jesus Christ went to the cross He prayed for unity of the believers. John 17:11
“Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.” (John 17:11, KJV 1900)
We see another reason of why unity is important in Romans 15:5-6
Romans 15:5–6 KJV 1900
Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus: That ye may with one mind and one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The bottom line is God’s glory. God’s people should be lifting up their voices in to glorify God. b. If you want to do anything for the Lord you must have unity. Every act that God has ever done in the word of God. The believers were in unity.
For example the day of pencost. In Acts 2 “And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.”
c. You need to be in unity because we are of the same body.
To promote Christian unity, God presents the church in 1 Corinthians 12:12–27 as a living body. The body has many members, each with specialized work to do, but all the parts are united in the Head of the Body, which is Christ (see Ephesians 4:15). As I said earlier, we are all in the body of Christ but we have different roles like pastors, teachers, Decons,

We need to serve the Lord with all our hearts.
