James moves from personal obedience to relational integrity.

Partiality exposes misplaced values

Favoritism reveals allegiance to worldly status

Faith without works is exposed as lifeless

James 2 clarifies that:

Faith is not validated by belief alone

Faith is visible through action toward others

James forces the question: Is faith alive, or is it merely claimed?
