Given up on ourselves

- I said I would do good

- I made a mistake, I sinned

- God would not want me now

Given up on God?

- He never left

- He sees our actions and heart, intent

- He never stops caring

Given up on others

- God loves them

- God forgives them

- God purifies them

- God judges them - not me

- God's grace is sufficient

Given up on yourself

- You are valuable

- You are hurt - God knows and loves you

- Hurt by people who should love you - God knows and loves you

- have you sinned? - God knows and loves you

God selected Samson

Used him to accomplish good

Loved him despite his sin and mistakes

Used his missteps for God's own purpose

Never ever gave up on Samson.
