“Why would resurrection mean the end of the world?” Ditto for judgment. And “why eternal, by the way”? And and and…. Feel free to get to work. I’ll read it. But a little list by itself won’t suffice. You have to actually interpret these texts, after all. And you have to do so from a second temple Jewish perspective, of course! Have a go. I’ll read it! Oh and you have to explain why the new heavens are coming down to earth in Revelation 21 (rather than us escaping “up there”). And then there’s the Daniel 7:13 thing which refers to a coming into the presence of God, not a coming to earth. And Jesus quotes that verse a lot! And why would God pull the plug on creation anyway - no Jew believed that! It would be defeat, pure and simple. — It’s not that I don’t appreciate your list. But by itself it doesn’t do anything. Now you have to get to work and make it happen interpretively. And as someone who has done that work for decades, I’m highly skeptical about your implied conclusions.
