Good question but these are good people, great people, I am not

Bible has many great people who we would select to lead - we / I am not those great people.

Folks like that in the Bible.

Jesus touched great, faithful, strong people that we would want in our church, but

Jesus went to untouchables – lepers and blind

Sinners and tax collectors

children and wayward Samaritan women

and it met with resistance

to – confidence in Jesus;  John 14:6 I am the way, truth, life

From - I am walking away from the light

to - 1 John 1 - I am walking in the light as he is in the light
