What is Salvation:

Salvation is the Gift of Eternal Life Given to us by God the Father through His son Jesus Christ

Jesus is God of the Flesh, God took on flesh and dwelt among us

John 3:16 “16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”

“whoever” believes in Him, anyone who calls upon the name of the Lord Romans 10:13 “13 For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

Salvation is for anyone who is willing to call upon the name of the lord

you realize you are a sinner in need of a savior, “call upon the name of the Lord” and you shall be saved !

we have everlasting life ( everlasting in the Greek is dienekes; which conveys the sense of something that is continual, perpetual or eternal !, the term often refers to what is continuous, and uninterrupted

the lord promises to those who accept him that they will live life that is continuous and un interrupted!

How many of you are excited that this life we live here on earth is not the only life we have ? Its hard to process that in our finite minds but the beauty of being a believer is that we get to continue living with the Lord forever !

John 14:6 “6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”

salvation is only through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ

many people will go on in life and say to themselves i’m a good person, i’ve lived a good life , i believe I will go to heaven one day
