Three things to avoid:
Worry
1 Pet 5:7
Matt 6:25-34
If we start to worry if we’re doing it right
If we start to worry if we’re making a difference
And if we’re not careful before, we know it, we have stopped running and worry is consuming us. And we are constantly asking God for confirmation or for a sign or for him to speak to us, instead of walking by faith and not by sight.
Worry leads to frustration
Ps 37:7
Ps 37:8
Now you’re just frustrated. God doesn’t seem to be speaking, you’re frustrated with everybody that you think is doing better than you.
The path is revealed in the treading and since you’re no longer running, God‘s not showing or speaking
Frustration leads to quitting and/or trying other ways

To know to do something and not do it, to him who knows to do right and doesn’t do it to him. It is sin.
