The word I got today was “be willing”
Joshua 3:5
After Moses passed away and Joshua was leading the Israelites out of the Wilderness He said God will do great things among you
After Moses passed, Joshua was leading Israel into the Promised Land. Before God parted the Jordan, before the breakthrough, before the miracle — they consecrated themselves. And then the river opened, and they walked on dry ground.
That tells us something powerful:
👉 God moves where people are willing to prepare.
Romans 12:1–2 calls us to present our bodies as a living sacrifice — that’s consecration.
Not just behavior change — heart surrender.
Consecrate ourselves to a person
Its relational in nature, we are the bride of Christ and Jesus is coming back for his Holy Bride
to be enganged to Christ so to speak and not talk to any others
Revelation 19:7-8
Im’ willing to belong fully to you
Consecrate ourselves for a purpose
God looks at the heart
God doesn’t use his most annointed or the best people he uses who is most available
Olympic teams go into these camps for intensive training and team people and they consecrate themselves for the same prize, for the same goal,
Shawn white was at one of the camps and drinks were flowing on live tv ex:
Im willing to lay down distractions so you can use me
Consecrate ourselves for power
Jon Tyson was at asbury revival in Kentucky
He said that what made the revival happen was the consecration in the room before
So what am I saying?
Consecrate yourselves so that the Lord may do wonders among us.
So we see people saved.
So we see baptisms.
So we see hearts changed.
So we see revival — not just around us, but in us.
People can get to crazy with it and only where purple colored shirts and shave their head making vows and thats great awesome
Because of that extreme and because of how much intentionality consecrating yourself before the Lord takes to pray and read your Bible before you got to bed or instead of watching a show or hanging with friends
or because its so different from the world
Real consecration
Choosing prayer instead of Netflix
Choosing Scripture instead of scrolling
Choosing obedience instead of comfort
Choosing holiness instead of fitting in
Be willing.
Not perfect.
Not powerful.
Not polished.
Just willing.
“God, I’m willing to say yes.”
“God, I’m willing to change.”
“God, I’m willing to prepare.”
Because willing hearts become consecrated lives — and consecrated lives make room for miracles. 🙌
