THE POWER OF CONNECTION

Opening Greeting: Good morning, Seattle Bethany! It is truly an honor to be here today! 

I bring you greetings from SC covenant Church. Pastor Vasiliy Radchuk 

The Theme: If there is one word that defines my experience here, it is CONNECTION.

The Observation: In a world where many people lead out of self-interest, I have seen a leadership here that is I am standing here today because of that connection.strictly Christ-centered.

 A TRIBUTE TO LEADERSHIP

 * Pastor Anatoly: connected me to the Media team, Thank you for taking me on the team. You didn’t just give me a role you made me feel welcomed! And Slavic on the media team! 

The two greatest AND INFULATUAL mentors in my life! 

 * Pastor Slavic: Thank you for keeping me "prayed up." He didn’t care that I ran a business he said so what that means is you can do more! Text I got at 5AM to go to prayer Those text messages were more than just words—they were lifelines that kept me grounded in the Spirit.  Tried complaining to Pastor Vasiliy he smiled and said it’s ok we will rest in heaven😂

 * Pastor Vasiliy: Thank you for being a living example of service. You didn’t just talk about the Lord; you showed me how to serve Him. And you treated me like I was "good enough" for the Kingdom. And to serve! 

That is what I experienced here. That is what lit a fire in my heart that I carry with me today.

THE MAIN MESSAGE: ABIDING IN THE VINE

Key Scripture: John 15:4 (NLT)

Remain in me, and I will remain in you. For a branch cannot produce fruit if it is severed from the vine, and you cannot be fruitful unless you remain in me.

  Jesus gives us a clear roadmap for staying on track,(in me you will produce, will succeed!)  but 

He also gives us a Warning. you cannot be fruitful unless you remain in me. 

Lord why em I not satisfied??? 

The Purpose: We want to —to But there is only one way to do that:make Him knownourselves, our spouses, our kids, and our community.  

Stay connected to the Vine.

 The "Fix": We often look for fixes in the wrong places.

A career cannot fix you. 

Marriage or divorce cannot fix you. 

Great Friends   

  Only staying connected to Jesus can fix you. 

Trusting Jesus’s fix! His way!

How much more should we trust the Lord’s "resume" in our lives? 

THE APPLICATION: PREACH TO YOURSELF

The David Strategy: Sometimes, the hardest person to preach to is yourself. King David had to encourage himself in the Lord. We must learn to cherish the presence of God personally.

The Man at the Pool: In the Gospels, the man at the pool tried to explain all his problems and why he wasn’t healed yet. He didn’t say how many Medical bills you have? 

The Question: Jesus didn’t ask about his problems. He asked: "Do you want to be healed?"

CONCLUSION & BENEDICTION

Dear brothers and sisters stay connected to the Lord continue to Build! 

Final Charge: Build His church with all your strength. Nothing you do here is in vain.

Closing Scripture: 1 Corinthians 15:58 (NLT)

 “So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless.”

In Gospel he says if you even give a drink of water 

I will remember it for eternity!
