•What is the syntactical relationship of the pronoun to the rest of the verse?
ὑμᾶς acts as an accusative direct object, of the verb ‘συνεζωοποίησεν’ (made alive with), verses 1-3 decribes the ‘ὑμᾶς’ (you).
Some maintain that ‘ὑμᾶς’ refers to gentiles in contarst to ἡμᾶς in verse 3 refers to Jewish Christians.However, since pual is directly addressing his audience who are gentile christians, such a distinction seems unlikely as pointed out by

As mentioned above ‘ὑμᾶς’ belongs to the main verb in verse 5, συνεζωοποίησεν’ (made alive with).

The main verbs in this pargaraph would be
συνεζωοποίησεν – he made (us) alive together with
συνήγειρεν – he raised (us) together
συνεκάθισεν – he seated (us) together
•How would you connect this passage to what precedes?
In passage that precceds this, Paul’s focus is on the power that God exterted on Christ to raise him from the dead, Paul argues that this power id granted to us all who believe. This power that raised Jesus from the dead also exalted him, far above everything and God has placed all thing under his feet, then Paul compares this to the kind of Spiritual Death that his recpiets were befire they were saved. Hence Paul is making an aargument from Christ resurrection to believers new life from death both are working of God.
