welcome to another Bible cast video. Today's verses are John 3:16 and Matthew 1:21.

오늘의 말씀은 요한복음 3장 16절이랑 마태복음 1장 21절이야.

For this video we’ll be going deeper into John 3:16.

오늘의 영상에서는 요한복음 말씀으로 더 깊이 들어가 볼 거야.

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son that believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

하나님이 세상을 이처럼 사랑하사 독생자를 주셨으니이는 저를 믿는 자마다 멸망하지 않고 영생을 얻게 하려 하심이라

in the last video, we learned that we are all sinners.

지난 영상에서 우리가 모두 죄인이라 이라는 걸 배웠지.

(00:58) We all fall short of God standard.

우리는 다 하나님의 기준에 미치지 못해.

But thankfully, it doesn't end there.

근데 다행히도 거기서 끝나지 않아.

Today's verse shows us exactly what God did about this.

오늘 말씀은 하나님이 그 문제에 대해서 무엇을 했는지를 보여줘.

Even though we don't deserve it.

우리가 받을 자격이 없어도

Even though we fall short every single day.

우리가 매일 부족하고 넘어져도

God sent his own son Jesus to die so we could live.

(01:40) 우리를 살리시려고 하나님은 하나밖에 없는 자기 아들 예수님을 우리 위해 대신 게 하셨어.

because he loved you and me so much.

너와 나를 그만큼 사랑하셨기 때문이야.

And all we need to do is believe in Him.

우리가 해야 할 일은 예수님 믿는 거 딱 하나밖에 없어.

That right there is the gospel.

그게 바로 복음이야.
