Every once in awhile, I make my way to a bear or an amusement park and I go, and I see a number of different rides. 14, roller coasters, incredible fast, thrilling rides that. I sometimes skip out on sick leave. I have just eaten. Some of those days may be behind you for some of us here, but surely, you can remember those wonderful thrilling and dangerous rides. That we see in amusement parks and the fair forget one ride in particular. That always catches my attention, sister Sharon. I go to the fair and I see this Rises to Debbie that stands tall and how high above every other ride. I see this ride. That usually is situated somewhere and invisible area and it always never fails to catch my attention that the only reason it catches my attention because again, it is incredibly tall. But what's interesting is that the ride is kind of just really. It's, it's like a, it's like a string that comes down from two poles. And it meets in the Middle with a little bit of a harness, you got going to talk about Is it actually ride because the elastic string or rope. So they connect to these tall pillars are connected at the bottom in a harness and the RZR ride the ride, is it to get to the bottom and you are strapped into the hardest and they begin to pull you down and they begin to crank the machine in the pools, you down. And, and the more that it pulls you down, the tighter, the elastic, strings get that are attached to the poles of the harder than it pulls you. The the more tension is in the elastic ropes that are attached to the hardest and as they pull you down, eventually they get you to a place where you are so low and the elastic rope is so tense. And all they have to do is press a button and release the harness and you go spiraling into the So y'all are scared, just hearing about the right, but with the idea here is that this is called the slingshot, because the idea is that it draws you down, and it keeps on pulling you into tension is such that as soon as they let you go, you just fly high up into the sky. The best part, of course, is hearing the receding streams of the people that willingly and voluntarily put themselves in this situation. Come on somebody and they let them go flying into there and they stream because of the attention that they put on the strings by putting the down. What's interesting to me family? This is one of the clearest illustrations of the properties of physics. It is one of the most incredible demonstration of how physics was. Because in some situations the truth is going down is not the best idea. You don't want to turn your car off the highway and go down into the ditch. Going up. I love this. I love this because when it comes to the slingshot, it's not just pulling you down, but it's actually positioning you to go higher. And it might be messy at first and it might be challenging at first and it might take longer at first, but before you do it, you can cuz I can you wash the dishes, please. It might take less time to do himself, who wants to make sure that you get the chance to be like him so that you learn What? It's like to be a servant.
And this is a Reason family, that God doesn't always have to work instantaneous miracles.
Like this is the reason that God and always have to snap his fingers and open his mouth and work a momentous miracle in the moment.
God doesn't have to orchestrate, or do you have to work or create instantaneous miracles? When he can orchestrate Miracles up straight. Yamas what I just said. God doesn't have to work a miracle in the moments when he can orchestrate America before the moment tops.
Sometimes, sometimes the real Mark of wisdom and strength is not your ability to put it in the moment. It's your ability to prepare before the moment tops. Because sometimes Men supposed to be praised, we get we get, we get all kind of accolades to people who are talented enough to just kind of do the things that need to be done in the moment Anderson. That's great. We we, we love Talent. We love all that good stuff. You know, that Joseph was an upstream Miracle when he was told by his brothers into slavery and they thought that he was dead, but God said him up so that he could be the one that would prove by for them. So that everybody gets paid and I was putting work in this ataenius miracle replanet, Joseph Upstream, this is why I asked was an upstream Miracle but she is a going into the palace so that when the time comes he could be the one to speak up and calls the Jewish people from being massacred. But what if God has actually elevated you to be in a place where you can be an upstream miracle for somebody else?

Jesus is redefining the relationship. Who sang? You think a servant is one who primarily obeys? Because he owes something to do service in the day. The only reason is because you are indebted to somebody and so you have to serve them in order to work off your debt. Do you think a servant is the one who obeys primarily? Because he always something? Little a true servant is the one who obeys primarily because he loves to what.
You think it's because you do what I say because you have to do it. Real a true servant does it because he wants to do it because he cares about the one. You serve it. Don't miss this time. We don't let this be a servant obeys to earn face will send obeys because they already have favor. A servant obeys because he wants to gain trust. But a friend takes orders, because they have trust in the one who gave them. I love you so much. And Jesus is saying like man is not just about serving primarily because you want to, you want to gain favor with the true servant is the one. Who knows the person who is asking him to do something, and asking them to do something somewhere else, but they are willing to trust them and do without knowing all the details annoying, all the outcome, we're going to talk because they know in whom they believe. and when we follow through, you're able to be taken to an elevation that you can see things that you never seen before. I wish we could know just how Grand View would be. If we just took God out his word, follow through on his commands and we would see things we never seen before.
Because the deeper your friendship. Better your service. Serving sometimes it's difficult because we just acquaintances.
We will actually have the kind of intimacy that it takes to serve. We don't have all the information. Watch this watch, this is what I love about this. I read articles articles and they will be reports on things that are happening within organizations are when major companies and inside information comes out and it is never the CEO. It's never the top. They always find. That is the news stations always find some kind of connection to somebody who is in the organization. They're serving their but they may not necessarily be the top dog. I went with tells me, is that the ones who are serving We don't got to wait for the press release.
The ones who are on the inside serving class, they got to wait for the news article break. Because service, get the secret first. Jesus says, we don't call you servants, don't call you friends because the service don't know. All that's happening with the master but they have no idea what does he says. But the truth is that when you were friends. Only, you get the sequence that dropped on the master table, you get the inside scoop before.
