welcome to another Bible cast video. Today's versetoday's verse is John chapter 16 verse 13.

오늘의 말씀은 요한복음 16장 13절 이야.

“When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth.”

진리의 성령이 오시면 그가 너희를 모든 진리 가운데로 인도하시리니.

I heard something recently that really helped me understand this.

최근에 내가들은게 하나 있는데 이걸 이해하는데 정말 도움이 됐어.

(00:37) The Bible is like music on a page.

성경은 마치 악보 같아.

All the notes are there.

악보 안에는 음표와 다 적혀 있지.

Everything you need.

필요한 건 다 들어 있어.

But the Holy Spirit is like the conductor.

그런데 성령님은 지휘자 같아.

He brings the music to life.

악를 진짜 음악으로 살아나게.

He shows you what it means for your life right now.

성령님은 말씀이 지금 내 삶에 무슨 뜻인지 알려주셔.

(01:17) You can read the same verse a hundred times.

구절을 100번 읽어도

But then one day the Spirit helps you see it differently.

어느 날 갑자기 성령님이 아이 말이 이런 뜻이구나 하고 보이게 해주실 때가 있어.

Suddenly it's exactly what you needed to hear.

그 순간 그 말씀이 딱 내가 들어야 할 말처럼 느껴져.

Suddenly it makes sense.

갑자기 이해가 되고 마음의 확장이 와.

That's the Spirit guiding you into truth.

(01:52) 그게 바로 성령님이 우리 진리대로 이끌어 주시는 거예요.

So when you read the Bible, ask the Holy Spirit to help you understand.

그래서 성경 읽을 때 이해할 수 있도록 성령님께 기도해보죠.
