welcome to another Bible cast video. Today's versetoday's verse is Timothy 3:16.

오늘의 말씀은 디모데후서 3장 16절이라.

“All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction and for training rightousness.”

모든 성경은 하나님의 감동으로 된 것으로 교훈과 책망과 바르게함과 의로 교육하기에 유익하니.

The Bible isn't just a book written by people a long time ago.

(00:39) 성경은 그냥 옛날에 사람들이 쓴 책이 아니야.

Every word was given to us by God.

성경의 모든 말씀 하나님께서 우리한테 주신 거야.

And because it comes from God, it's useful for your life.

그래서 성경은 우리 삶에 정말 도움이 돼.

It teaches you the truth.

성경은 우리에게 진리를 가르쳐주고

It corrects you when you're wrong.

우리가 잘못했을 때 바로 잡아주고

It trains you to live right.

바르게 살 수 있도록 훈련시켜줘.

Sometimes the Bible feels hard to understand or kind of boring.

(01:25) 가끔 성경이 어렵게 느껴지거나 조금 지루하게 느껴지도 있지.

But this first reminds us why it matters.

하지만 이 말씀은 성경이 왜 중요한지 다시 알려줘.

It's God talking to us directly.

성경은 하나님의 하나님이 우리의 직접 말씀하시는 거야.

Every time you open the Bible you’re hearing from God himself.

그러니까 네가 성경 때마다 너는 하나님께서 직접 말씀하시는 걸 듣는 거야.
