How many here have seen a birth of a baby or been there right after it is born. Its not pretty either way naturally or C section. The baby aways looks gross now to momma the baby looks fine but to everyone else it looks rough. All the psin goes away just in seeing the baby.
Look around today when you go out from here. Every person you see has come into this world the same way. No one magically got here it was through child birth. Everyone has had a mother not a birthing person too, now some mothers arent mommas——
Even Jesus this weeks reading in Luke 1
The human natural man is born with a sin nature right from the mothers womb that curse is passed down. Every one is and has been born into sin
Indeed, I was guilty when I was born; I was sinful when my mother conceived me.
I know its hard to believe that , that little baby is born with a sin nature, but its true. —— You don't have to teach a baby to not listen or when you say no and they do it anyway
Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, in this way death spread to all people, because all sinned.
Sin entered this world because the 1st Adam, we all know the story of adam and eve.
There was a man from the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to him at night and said, “Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God, for no one could perform these signs you do unless God were with him.” Jesus replied, “Truly I tell you, unless someone is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
“How can anyone be born when he is old?” Nicodemus asked him. “Can he enter his mother’s womb a second time and be born?” Jesus answered, “Truly I tell you, unless someone is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.
Whatever is born of the flesh is flesh, and whatever is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not be amazed that I told you that you must be born again.
John 3:8–9 “The wind blows where it pleases, and you hear its sound, but you don’t know where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.” “How can these things be?” asked Nicodemus.” John 3:10-12
“Are you a teacher of Israel and don’t know these things?” Jesus replied. “Truly I tell you, we speak what we know and we testify to what we have seen, but you do not accept our testimony. If I have told you about earthly things and you don’t believe, how will you believe if I tell you about heavenly things?
No one has ascended into heaven except the one who descended from heaven—the Son of Man. “Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up,
so that everyone who believes in him may have eternal life. For God loved the world in this way: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Anyone who believes in him is not condemned, but anyone who does not believe is already condemned, because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of God.
This is the judgment: The light has come into the world, and people loved darkness rather than the light because their deeds were evil. For everyone who does evil hates the light and avoids it, so that his deeds may not be exposed. But anyone who lives by the truth comes to the light, so that his works may be shown to be accomplished by God.”
Even some of the smartest people in the world dont understand who Jesus is. Nicodemus wanted to know who jesus is. Thats why he came by night because he didnt want to bring attention of his questions to his religious friends.
There are folks today who are afraid to dig deeper and ask questions because they are worried about being though less of.
Jesus replied, “Truly I tell you, unless someone is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” “How can anyone be born when he is old?” Nicodemus asked him. “Can he enter his mother’s womb a second time and be born?” Jesus answered, “Truly I tell you, unless someone is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. You must be born again
Born again refers to a spiritual regeneration and transformation by the Holy spirit, by repentance and faith in Jesus Christ.
Nicodemus was thinking earthly not spiritually when he asked can a man enter back into his mothers womb.

5- Born of the water and spirit — Many teach a water baptism here but thats not what its teaching. Its talking about being born the natural birth and a spiritual birth.
Mothers water breaks — natural Like we looked at at the beginning everyone in some way is born of water coming into this world.
Jesus wanted him to connect the dots to through Jesus there will be a spiritual rebirth a changing of the heart. 2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, and see, the new has come!
IF there isnt a change there isnt a rebirth
There are folks right now that harbor a unforgiveness in their hearts/ anger. They say with their lips they believe in Jesus but do not follow his commands to forgive.
“For if you forgive others their offenses, your heavenly Father will forgive you as well. But if you don’t forgive others, your Father will not forgive your offenses.
I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.
“Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up,
Jesus was saying hes going to fulfil this to Nicodemus it points to
Then the Lord said to Moses, “Make a snake image and mount it on a pole. When anyone who is bitten looks at it, he will recover.” So Moses made a bronze snake and mounted it on a pole. Whenever someone was bitten, and he looked at the bronze snake, he recovered.
We are all bitten by the bite of sin and we have to look to Jesus or there is not salvation from the poison of Death and hell.
so that everyone who believes in him may have eternal life. For God loved the world in this way: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.
Any one who believes in him may have eternal life.

The father has show us his love in such an amazing way.
Everyone who believes
That means anyone they have to believe and I’m not talking about basic belief but a Full body with everything you got belief, a willingness to die belief. John 3:17

The father sent Jesus to save the world— now if God would have wanted he could have at that time condemn the world right then to hell but he didnt.
Jesus came to take every sin we have committed and will ever commit. Thats freedom folks. Now we dont want to abuse that be because one day we will stand before God at the Berna seat or Judgement seat of Christ. The unbelievers will go through the great white throne judgment
God will asses how we used our lives, talents and opportunities for Gods glory.
Anyone who believes in him is not condemned, but anyone who does not believe is already condemned, because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of God.
If we BELIEVE in Jesus we are not condemned to Hell. but if you dont believe your already condemned. THATS SCARY

We need to pray for the lost over there and our military

The light Jesus came into this world to overtake the darkness, but many love the darkness. this saying just leave me in the dark— that means i dont want tot know. Heres the deal being left in the dark is not a get our of jail free card.
When we look at the peoples are around us from folks we know to Iranies to the Jewish folks all over the world they are many of them still in the Darkness of not believing in jesus christ. We need to pray for that, Because we know scripture says only through Jesus are you saved.

Your fruit will find your out- Bad tree brings forth bad fruit everything Good brings honor and glory to God
We live in a world so wrapped up in so many different things that they miss that they need a savior. And crazy thing is Jesus has already paid for the worlds sins. They have to come to him. Now that doesnt mean life will be easy. We are not promised an easy life on this earth.
Consider it a great joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you experience various trials, because you know that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have its full effect, so that you may be mature and complete, lacking nothing.
I have told you these things so that in me you may have peace. You will have suffering in this world. Be courageous! I have conquered the world.”
In fact, all who want to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.
Dear friends, don’t be surprised when the fiery ordeal comes among you to test you, as if something unusual were happening to you.
But we are promised who holds our hand through it all JESUS
For I know the plans I have for you”—this is the Lord’s declaration—“plans for your well-being, not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.
A person’s heart plans his way, but the Lord determines his steps.
If we are his HE directs our paths in this world.
SO this morning if you are born again time is ticking is your house in order Mom, DAD when jesus comes back it will be to last to share Jesus then to Little johnny or Sara. I cant imagine my child in hell because i let the cares of this world hold me back from leading my kids to Jesus. Yes life is busy but the birth pains of this world are contracting.
