Shepherds in the field watching their sheep. An angel appeared and they were terrified. “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy.”
The shepherds went to see the baby Jesus. They were filled with joy.
They went around telling people about the angel and Jesus because they were filled with joy.
