Pharisees, by and large, hated Jesus and opposed
Him at every turn. Still, Jesus didn’t respond by avoiding them or
ignoring them. He actually invested a lot of time, thought, and energy in
trying to win them over. Regardless of their response, though, He
always stood up to their bullying and when push came to shove simply
disregarded their objections and did the Father’s will anyway.
